Assessment Center

Development center
Multidimensional process of competencies assessment in which participants are observed and evaluated by a team of objective, trained competent judges (assessors). Unlike the assessment centre, where the main goal of the process is to assess candidates’ ability to work, the main goal of this method is to diagnose potential and development of employees.
Direct Search
Direct search (also. Executive search, headhunting) – active candidates search for a particular position by direct and precise reaching candidates who potentially meet the criteria.

Outplacement
Also known as monitored dismissals, termination of employment for workplace reasons, and employer-sponsored program for support for laid-off workers, most often in the areas of counselling, training, job search techniques, or help in overcoming stress.
Outsourcing
Subcontracting an outsourcer to perform certain tasks, functions or processes by an insourcer who is not in any legal relationship with the person performing the work.

Temporary employment
Specific form of work, which in its formula refers to three entities: employee, employer, and temporary employment agency. Temporary workers are formally employed by a temporary employment agency, and their tasks are performed for the employer of the user. Temporary work may be periodic, seasonal or temporary (lasting from several hours to several months) but may also be a transitional period before permanent employment with the employer of the user.
