Podsumowanie aktualności legislacyjnych
1. Nowelizacja przepisów antymobbingowych Sejm przyjął zmiany w Kodeksie pracy. Najważniejsze założenia to minimalne zadośćuczynienie w wysokości 6-krotności pensji minimalnej oraz obowiązek wdrożenia procedur prewencyjnych dla firm zatrudniających powyżej 10 pracowników.
2. Reforma PIP od 8 lipca 2026 r. Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy zyskuje nowe uprawnienia, w tym możliwość wydawania decyzji ustalających stosunek pracy, prowadzenie kontroli zdalnych, automatyczną wymianę danych z ZUS i KAS oraz wyższe wymiary grzywien.
3. Ograniczenia w ruchu bezwizowym Zgodnie z projektem MSZ, obywatele Gruzji, Kolumbii i Wenezueli zostaną pozbawieni możliwości podejmowania pracy w Polsce w ramach ruchu bezwizowego. Konieczne będzie uzyskanie wizy.
