Summary of the June edition of the Legal Alert:
Pay transparency (implementation of the EU directive): A new version of the draft bill has entered consultations. Definitions have been changed and the role of trade unions in job evaluations has been clarified. A draft regulation on reporting the gender pay gap has also been published. The act will enter into force 6 months after its announcement.
Employment of foreigners: From June 1, 2026, electronic notifications will begin. Employers will report online the fact that a foreigner has not started work, has suspended it (for more than 2 months), or finished earlier.
