The recruitment agency Devire has published the “Trends Report 2026,” in which it describes 14 phenomena shaping the future of work: from candidate experience, through remote and hybrid work, to the gig economy, HR Tech, information overload, security, and the search for meaning at work. The report’s conclusions are based on an opinion survey conducted by SW Research on behalf of Devire among professionally active people and job seekers. The publication has been enriched with comments and forecasts from 26 market experts: business leaders, HR practitioners, and technology specialists.
“Trends Report 2026” by Devire is a comprehensive look at how the way we work, manage people, and build organizations is changing. The study combines data from the SW Research and Devire opinion survey with conclusions from key market analyses, such as the “Candidate Experience 2025” report by eRecruiter, EY and Colliers studies on remote work and the hybrid model, as well as reports by NASK and CERT Polska dedicated to cybersecurity.
