March brings another batch of data and analyses showing which direction the labor market is heading:
🔹 The HR services market is growing – according to the latest report by the Polish HR Forum, in 2025 it increased by 4% y/y.

🔹 Temporary work is accelerating – the number of temporary workers increased by 6%, and turnover within this service is growing at the same pace.
🔹 Recruitment with signs of recovery – although the number of published job offers is still declining, the value of the recruitment services market has been increasing since the middle of last year.
🔹 Unemployment at 6% – data from the Central Statistical Office for January 2026 show an increase in the unemployment rate. At the same time, average employment in the enterprise sector fell by 0.8% y/y.
🔹 LFS (BAEL) – summary of Q4 2025 – stabilization of economic activity: economically active people accounted for 59.0% of the population aged 15–89, the number of economically active people was 17,912 thousand, of which 17,346 thousand were employed, while 567 thousand were unemployed.
