The Polish HR Forum has launched a new project: the technologiehr.pl platform. It is a free, interactive database and search engine for systems and applications supporting HR processes. The tool is a natural continuation and development of the HR TECH CHANGER competition, which is highly popular in the industry.

Choosing the right HR and payroll software, recruitment system, or wellbeing tools is a process that requires hours of research for many companies. The new platform technologiehr.pl was created to simplify this task and provide a single, transparent source of knowledge about the HR Tech market in Poland.

Experience from HR TECH CHANGER in a new format

The initiative has its roots in previous editions of the HR TECH CHANGER competition, during which the Polish HR Forum analyzed dozens of technological implementations and trends.

“The HR TECH CHANGER competition provided us with a huge amount of knowledge about the challenges employers face and the technologies that solve them. We decided to go one step further. We want this knowledge to be constantly available to every HR manager in Poland. The technologiehr.pl search engine is our response: a structured, free database that allows you to find the right software in just a few clicks,” says Agnieszka Zielińska, Director of the Polish HR Forum.

How does the search engine work?

The platform was designed with maximum intuitiveness in mind. Users can filter available solutions by three main operational areas:

• Recruitment: including ATS systems, tools for screening applications, and assessing candidate competencies.

• HR Management: engagement survey systems, benefit, and wellbeing platforms.

• HR Automation: tools streamlining HR and payroll, working time registration, and electronic document workflow.

Each tool in the database has a dedicated card with a clear description of its functionalities, a logo, and a direct link to demonstration versions (demos).

The database is open; creators and providers of HR Tech systems can submit their solutions for publication on the platform free of charge, ensuring that the tool will be constantly updated with market novelties.
