General rules
The Code regulates the principles of providing services and cooperation of employment agencies that are member companies affiliated with the Polish HR Forum – Employers' Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”), binding on all members of the Association.
The principles of operation of the Association, the procedure for accepting and excluding its members are specified in the Statute.
Failure to comply with the rules of the Code by a member of the Association may be a reason for their exclusion from the Association.
Member companies promote the principles of the Code among all partners with whom they cooperate.
All actions taken by member companies should be characterized by care for the opinion of the employment agency industry, both in matters of ethics and in terms of professionalism. Disputes related to the application of the Ethical Code are resolved in accordance with the “Procedure for Reporting and Considering Complaints” of the Association.

Principle 1: Respect for the law
Member companies and their employees in the process of providing services of employment agencies must comply with all applicable legal regulations, both statutory and non-statutory requirements as well as official guidelines for conduct. Member companies are obligated to monitor changes in legal requirements and adapt to them in their service activities.

Principle 2: Respect for the integrity and transparency of actions
a) Member companies, regardless of the type of services provided by employment agencies, commit to act fairly in all tasks related to the process of cooperation with candidates and clients as well as other employment agencies, both member and non-member of the Association.
b) Representing a job seeker or a client seeking employees, the member company commits to not intentionally make false or inaccurate statements, to hide facts significant to the parties, and to submit complaints without having reasonable grounds.
c) Member companies in the process of searching for candidates and publishing job offers commit to using, regardless of the medium used, job offers presented in accordance with the true employment conditions, concerning positions for which they have documented authority to conduct recruitment.
d) All costs, fees, and additional services related to the execution of the order must be presented clearly and in detail to the client before obtaining their consent to engage in cooperation or before taking any actions for the execution of the assigned task.
e) Member companies document all significant stages of activities in accordance with applicable labor law regulations and instructions resulting from the good practices adopted by the Association.
f) In advertising and marketing activities, member companies are obliged to maintain realism and objectivity in presenting the benefits that may arise for candidates and clients from the services offered.

Principle 3: Respect for the confidentiality and privacy of information
a) Member firms are committed to applying principles of integrity, professionalism, fairness, and honesty regarding the confidentiality and privacy of information for both job seekers and clients, in accordance with applicable legal regulations and established good practices.
b) Member firms and their employees are obligated to process and store personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
