The goals of our activities

The main goal of our organization is to comprehensively support member companies in the development of HR services in accordance with the highest market, ethical, and legal standards. We work towards the professionalization of the industry and improving the quality of services provided, promoting a responsible and sustainable approach to the labor market.

We strive to create a stable, predictable, and modern business environment conducive to the development of the labor market in Poland. We actively participate in social dialogue and legislative processes, representing the interests of employers while also supporting solutions that take into account the needs of employees and the challenges of the dynamically changing labor market.

At the same time, we educate the market through training, publications, reports, and expert actions, sharing knowledge and best practices, and supporting the development of competencies among labor market participants. We continuously analyze trends, conduct research, track technological changes, and closely observe their impact on the labor market.

The Code regulates the principles of providing services and the cooperation of employment agencies that are member companies associated with the Polish HR Forum – Employers' Union (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”), applicable to all members of the Union.

Failure to comply with the rules of the Code by a member of the Union may constitute grounds for their exclusion from the Union.

Member companies promote the principles of the Code among all partners with whom they cooperate.

All actions taken by member companies should be characterized by care for the opinion of the employment agency industry, both in matters of ethics and levels of professionalism.
